Healthwatch Cornwall is the independent people’s champion for publicly funded health and social care services. It will strive to make positive changes in this provision for the benefit of the people of Cornwall, where necessary. Carers Break are currently working with Healthwatch Cornwall on a research programme looking at Carers Health and Wellbeing.
Carers Break refers Carers to Cornwall Carers Service for support and is working on projects that will promote the independence, Health and wellbeing of Carers while ensuring the ‘Cared for’ are supported while the Carers have a well-earned break.

We are a national social enterprise dedicated to enabling charities and Social Enterprises to help vulnerable people, their families & carers and supporters obtain access to safe and reputable products and services, whilst at the same time generating valuable unrestricted income for the charity or Social Enterprise and minimising reputational risk.
AskSARA – Cornwall Council have partnered with the national charity Disabled Living Foundation (DLF) to provide a quick and easy to use, online guided advice service called AskSARA which will assist anyone who finds that they have difficulties with everyday tasks.
Cornwall Community Directory –This website is for everyone who lives and works in Cornwall. Carers Trust – Carers’ Trust works to improve support, services and recognition for anyone living with the challenges of caring, unpaid, for a family member or friend who is ill, frail, disabled or has mental health or addiction problems.

Cornwall Dementia Helpline – There to listen, offer advice and information, and signpost carers to appropriate services, call 01872 266388, open 9.00-4.30 every weekday.
Cornwall Face 2 Face– Cornwall Face 2 Face is a free and confidential service, provided by trained parent befrienders, who themselves have experience of parenting a child with an impairment or additional need.
